Stodir's Board of Directors has the highest authority in the company's affairs between shareholder meetings. The Board also bears responsibility for the company's organisation and must see to that the company's activities are in good order.
The Board of Directors sets the company's mission and future vision and discusses the strategy and goal plan the CEO presents and the policy to follow to achieve these goals. The Board also monitors that such policy is followed in accordance with the company's goal plan.
The Board of Directors appoints the CEO of Stodir and decides on the terms of his or her employment or entrusts the Chairman of the Board of Directors to complete that task. The CEO is responsible for day to day operations.
